PX-31 [UAS]


The PX-31 UAS is a multipurpose unmanned aircraft system with the ability to carry a diverse suite of sensors and payloads serving user needs.

Usually, operators in need of an UAS for testing multiple types of sensors or payloads are required to design, construct and set up the complete aircraft system themselves. With the PX-31, we deliver a turn key solution with a flight ready aircraft. The payload can be mounted to a standardized payload frame on an interchangeable plate, enabling the user to have several payloads instead of tying an aircraft to a single payload.



We focus on performance.

Each PX-31 is test flown and adjusted to minimize variations between aircraft. Manufacturer airframe or engine deviations are compensated so that system stability and robustness are well suited for ship based and maritime missions.

The PX-31 platform is equipped with high speed communications for VLOS. For EVLOS and BLOS missions, long range VHF radio, C-band and GPRS systems provides redundant communication, while Iridium Satellite communications are used for areas where no other system provides coverage

Photogrammetry is the science of making measurements from photographs, especially for recovering the exact positions of surface points. Moreover, it may be used to recover the motion pathways of designated reference points located on any moving object, on its components and in the immediately adjacent environment. Photogrammetry may employ high-speed imaging and remote sensing in order to detect, measure and record complex 2-D and 3-D motion fields (see also sonar, radar, lidar, etc.). Photogrammetry feeds the measurements from remote sensing and the results of imagery analysis into computational models in an attempt to successively estimate, with increasing accuracy, the actual, 3-D relative motions within the researched field.



The UAS has been proven as a solid platform for dual UAS operation. Flying multiple UAS simultaneously enables effi cient operations collecting more data in a shorter time, or utilizing the benefi ts of payloads positioned in different locations at the same time.


The long range VHF radio enables long range communications with PX-31. For all VLOS, EVLOS and a large part of BLOS missions this link provides suffi cient communications for reliable operation. A robust FEC protocol and TDMA channel access allows effi cient channel utilization and a long range telemetry and command link.


Mapping the earths magnetic fields using Unmanned Aircraft Systems. An aeromagnetic survey is a common type of geophysical survey carried out using a magnetometer aboard an aircraft. Our own developed interface/service module distributes power and communication to all communication links, as well as to connected payloads. Transponder integration: ADS-B transponder, enabling all ADS-B equipped aircraft, as well as all ATC units with radar or ADS-B to know theposition, speed and heading of the RPAS using their existing systems. Use of airplane approved components whenever available increases reliability and fault tolerance of the PX-31. All components have faced intensive testing, both individually and together as a complete platform.

Thus, the stored IP address can not be used to identify the individual user.

If the webpage has search function, it stores information about what keywords users use in Google Analytics. The purpose of the storage is to improve our information service. The search usage pattern is stored in aggregate form. Only the keyword is saved and they can not be linked to other information about the users, such as the IP addresses.

3. Share / Tips service

The "Share with others" feature can be used to forward links to the site by email, or to share the content of social networking. Tips for tips are not logged with us, but only used to add the tips to the community. However, we can not guarantee that the online community does not log this information. All such services should therefore be used wisely. If you use the email feature, we only use the provided email addresses to resend the message without any form of storage.

4. Newsletter

The website can send out newsletters by email if you have registered to receive this. In order for us to be able to send e-mail, you must register an e-mail address. Mailchimp is the data processor for the newsletter. The e-mail address is stored in a separate database, not shared with others and deleted when you unsubscribe. The e-mail address will also be deleted if we receive feedback that it is not active.

5. Registration, form

The website may have a form for registration, contact form or other form. These forms are available to the public to perform the tasks they are supposed to do. We ask for the name of the sender and contact information for this. Personal information we receive is not used for purposes other than responding to the inquiry. The form is sent as email via Mailgun as a third party solution. The entire submission will be stored at Mailgun for 24 hours. Between 24 hours and 30 days, only mailheader is stored before the submission is deleted after 30 days. The reason for this storage is to confirm whether emails are sent from the website and forwarded to the correct recipient. Once the email is received by the recipient, it is up to the recipient to determine the data processing needs of the email.

6. Page and service functionality
